Job summary

Lantek Engineering Consultants is seeking a seasoned RCADD & Survey Team Manager to lead and coordinate CADD engineers, draftsmen, and survey teams on infrastructure projects. The role involves assigning daily tasks, tracking schedules, reviewing data, and mentoring juniors to ensure accurate as-built documentation.

The candidate will liaise between field survey crews and office drafting teams, leveraging strong AutoCAD and GIS skills to deliver high-quality drawings and reports for water,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CADD, surveying, pipelines, water supply, irrigation or infrastructure projects.
• Experience supervising CADD Engineers, Draftsmen and/or Survey Teams.
• Strong command of AutoCAD 2D and familiarity with Civil 3D and GIS tools.

RCADD & Survey Team Management

• - Lead and coordinate CADD Engineers, Draftsmen and Survey Teams.
• - Allocate daily work and monitor project schedules and deliverables.
• - Review survey data and drawings before final submission.
• - Guide junior CADD Engineers and Surveyors on technical issues.
• - Coordinate between field survey teams and office drafting teams.ole & responsibilities
• - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CADD, surveying, pipelines, water supply, irrigation or infrastructure projects.
• - Strong command of AutoCAD 2D.
• - Good working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• - Experience preparing L-Sections, Cross Sections, Pipeline Profiles, Alignment Drawings and As-Built Drawings.
• - Practical understanding of Total Station and DGPS/GNSS survey data.
• - Working knowledge of QGIS / ArcGIS is preferred.
• - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for level sheets, quantities, estimations and commercial calculations.
• - Ability to understand coordinates, levels, contours, gradients and engineering drawings.
• - Experience supervising CADD Engineers, Draftsmen and/or Survey Teams.
• - Good communication and client-coordination skills.
