About The Role

We are looking for an analytical and customer-focused Applied Value Engineer to help organizations identify, quantify, and realize business value through data-driven process improvement and technology adoption.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business priorities, identify improvement opportunities, develop value assessments, and translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions using data analytics, process intelligence, and enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Translate customer requirements into relevant use cases, value opportunities, and measurable business outcomes.
• Facilitate value discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value (PoV) engagements to demonstrate potential business impact.
• Analyze business processes and data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Develop dashboards, analytical applications, and action flows to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting, technical, and customer success teams to support customer engagements.
• Communicate analytical findings and business value propositions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of repeatable value assessment methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role involving data analysis, process improvement, business transformation, or software deployment.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting, sales engineering, business analysis, or an internal Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Experience working with enterprise business software platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, dashboards, analytical applications, or workflow automation.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis and problem-solving.
• Experience with process analysis, performance measurement, and identifying business improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with North American stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process mining, process intelligence, or business process analytics tools.
• Exposure to supply chain, finance, consumer packaged goods (CPG), banking and financial services (BFSI), or manufacturing.
• Experience conducting value workshops, developing business cases, or delivering proof-of-value engagements.
• Familiarity with enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and measurable value realization initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
