Job summary

EY in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst- Assistant Director to lead complex requirements for Talent systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and data integration. You will gather needs, design integrated solutions, and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience as a Senior Business Analyst focused on Talent systems.
• 8–10 years of industry experience preferably in Talent with SAP SuccessFactors and data integration.
• Proven ability to gather complex requirements and translate into technical specifications, data mappings and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering of complex business requirements for Talent systems, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and data integration.
• Analyze Talent processes, identify optimization opportunities, and design integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with data architecture to enable the data integration strategy and ensure data quality.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, data mapping, and system functionalities (RB P)
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends and support data-driven decisions
• Create detailed requirement documents, process flows, and data mapping artifacts
• Engage with stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure alignment and delivery
• Implement and maintain best practices for data quality, testing, and validation
• Drive change management to support end-users adopting new systems and processes
• Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst- Assistant Director

Experience - 10 to 16

Location - Bangalore, Kochi

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience implementing global projects and programs with a high level of competency in Talent systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering complex requirements, designing integrated solutions, and contributing to the strategic use of Talent data to support business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Lead the gathering of complex business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of needs related to Talent systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and data integration
• Process Engineering/Optimization: Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for optimization, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Data Integration: Collaborate with data architecture team to enable the data integration strategy, working closely with the technical teams. Work seamlessly to achieve efficient data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant systems, with a focus on data quality and accuracy
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements, data mapping, security (RBP), and system functionalities
• Data Analysis: Perform advanced data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and insights from Talent data, and presenting findings to support data-driven decision-making
• Documentation: Create detailed requirement documents, process flows, use cases, data mapping documents, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and project teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and delivery of project objectives
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain best practices for data quality, testing, and validation to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors and integrated systems meet business needs and quality standards
• Change Management: Drive change management efforts to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement, recommend enhancements to business processes and system functionalities

• In-depth knowledge of Talent processes, system functionalities, data integration methodologies, and best practices
• Proficiency in data analysis and tools, database query languages (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
