Job summary

AIT Global India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune invites a Senior Business Analyst to understand business needs, define functional requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders and tech teams through the solution-delivery lifecycle.

You will conduct requirement-gathering sessions, map processes, prepare BRDs/FRDs, translate requirements into functional specs, and support UAT. Prior SAP experience and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira/Confluence are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, process mapping, and requirement management.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and tools such as Jira or Confluence is preferred.
