EPAM Systems in Hyderabad, India seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting to support RBI/CCIL Primary Dealer and SEBI/NSDL ODI reporting obligations. You will gather and document business and functional requirements, prepare FRDs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate regulatory solutions across geographies.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in IT with BA focus, strong Agile experience, and deep regulatory reporting knowledge.

• 7–10 years of IT experience with a focus on Business Analysis.
• Expertise in BA, FRD preparation, and requirement gathering.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business and functional requirements related to regulatory reporting obligations.
• Prepare FRDs to support reporting initiatives.
• Analyze RBI/CCIL Primary Dealer and SEBI/NSDL ODI reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of regulatory reporting solutions.
• Support Agile delivery processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements and resolve gaps.
• Validate reporting outputs against regulatory obligations and standards.
