Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in India seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive regulatory reporting projects for a global client base. You will conduct root cause analysis, design solutions, document BRDs/FRDs, and coordinate UAT with operations and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include governance setup, cross-border stakeholder management, and delivering timely, compliant remediation across regimes such as EMIR, CFTC or MiFID. Strong collaboration and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform root cause analysis and translate findings into actionable solutions.
• Experience with regulatory reporting across global regimes is required.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, and operations teams.
• Ability to author BRDs and FRDs and document formal requirements for sign-off.
• Capable of guiding UAT and ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs.

• Establish project governance aligned to existing frameworks and manage working groups and governance forums.
• Perform full root cause analysis of reporting issues and recommend remediation solutions.
• Document solutions as formal BRDs/FRDs for client sign-off, including back-reporting requirements.
• Facilitate handover of requirements to technology and operations teams for delivery.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing ahead of production releases and validate outcomes.
