Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Expertise in Regulatory Reporting across global regimes.
• Familiarity with SFTR, EMIR, MMSR, MiFID/MiFIR is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, tech, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish project governance aligned to existing frameworks.
• Perform full root cause analysis of reporting issues and recommend solutions.
• Document requirements as BRDs/FRDs for client sign-off.
• Facilitate handover of requirements to technology and operations teams.
• Produce Solution Design documentation with Operations and Engineering.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing ahead of production releases.
• Provide weekly progress metrics to governance forums.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, operations, and engineering.
