Job summary

EPAM Systems in India is seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial Services to support capital markets initiatives.

You will collaborate with onsite stakeholders to define Epics and stories, refine requirements, and drive product roadmaps with a focus on Wealth Management.

This role requires 7–15 years of IT experience, 8+ years in business analysis, and excellent communication. Relocation and global learning opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in business analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar; Master's preferred.
• Finance domain experience in Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with onsite proxy product owner to understand the product vision and roadmap.
• Define Epics and stories along with success criteria.
• Elaborate stories, business logic, and business results.
• Manage the product scope and prioritize capabilities, Epics, and Stories.
• Participate in sprint review demos and provide feedback.
• Track feedback and ensure it is incorporated into backlog and prioritized accordingly.
• Participate in incident triaging.
• Serve as the go-to person for business questions and clarifications.
