Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Financial Services to support capital markets initiatives. The role involves defining Epics and stories, refining requirements, and shaping the product roadmap while collaborating with international teams.

• 7–15 years of IT experience with 8+ years in business analysis and requirements management.
• Background in Finance domain, capital markets or wealth management preferred.
• Strong BRD/FRD, requirements gathering and user story expertise.
• Experience in Agile product management and roadmap development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onsite product owner to understand vision and roadmap.
• Define Epics, features, and stories with success criteria.
• Elaborate stories, business logic, and expected results.
• Prioritize backlog and manage scope across releases.
• Participate in sprint reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Assist in incident triaging and respond to business questions.
