Dentsu seeks a capable Business Analyst with a strong background in mobile or digital banking to run requirement workshops, map customer journeys, and write BRDs/FRDs plus user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

You will own and prioritise the product backlog, lead sprint planning, and coordinate with design, architecture, and QA teams while mentoring juniors. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma is a plus, and the role requires navigating ambiguity in fast-paced sprints.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mobile or digital banking project background.
• Good understanding of payments and/or lending.
• Proven skills in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-paced sprints.
• Ownership, attention to detail, and clarity in documentation.
• Ability to work closely with business, product, design, and technology teams, and to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Run requirement workshops and stakeholder interviews, and map as-is and to-be customer journeys.

• Define mobile banking journeys across payments (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS) and/or lending, including limits, failure handling, and reversals
• Work with designers to validate wireframes against business rules, and with architects and developers on API integrations and backend dependencies
• Manage stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology
• Handle change requests and impact analysis, support QA, and drive UAT and go-live readiness
• Mentor junior BAs and set documentation standards for the team.
