Job summary

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.
• Perform gap analysis and support solution design discussions.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, developers, and testers.
• Facilitate requirement sign-offs and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and defect resolution activities.
• Assess impacts of business and regulatory changes.
• Support Agile/Scrum project delivery and change management activities.
• Work on Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, and Digital Banking initiatives.
• Participate in API integration, data migration, and modernization projects.
