We are building the next generation of corporate banking capabilities using a composable domain service approach, aligned to an agentic platform direction. This represents a shift away from monolithic core systems towards modular, domain‑aligned, API‑first services that can be delivered incrementally and progressively modernised. As a Senior Business Analyst for Corporate Banking (Cash & Liquidity), you will play a key role in shaping the domain knowledge, policy definitions, workflow logic and decision models that underpin intelligent banking capabilities. In an agentic platform world, many traditional BA activities, including requirements elaboration, story generation and test scenario creation, will be AI‑assisted. The human role therefore shifts from managing artefacts to owning domain intelligence, decision frameworks, governance and measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, architecture and engineering teams, you will translate complex cash and liquidity processes into clear business rules, reusable knowledge models and implementation‑ready guidance that support scalable, reusable services and human‑in‑the‑loop operating models. This role sits within the Corporate Banking Product Management function and supports delivery across foundational domains of the platform.
These capabilities form the backbone of liquidity visibility, control, and operational processing within corporate banking. Knowledge of bilateral and syndicated lending would be beneficial but is not essential.
Clear, reusable domain and knowledge models that help teams understand how cash and liquidity capabilities should behave. Well‑defined business rules, policies, workflows and decision frameworks that reduce ambiguity for engineering teams. AI‑assisted delivery artefacts that are accurate, explainable and anchored in human‑owned domain intelligence. Strong alignment between business objectives, product priorities and delivered capability. Effective collaboration with Product Owners, engineering, architecture and domain experts. Measurable contribution to the delivery of cash and liquidity capabilities and to the broader agentic platform direction.
You will work as part of a domain‑aligned product team alongside: Product Manager – Corporate Banking, Product Owner – Cash & Liquidity, Engineering squads delivering domain services, Architecture, quality and domain subject matter experts. The role requires close, continuous collaboration across product, engineering, architecture and domain specialists, with a strong emphasis on clarity, governance and delivery readiness.
We are building using a composable domain service model: Domain‑aligned, modular service architecture, API‑first and event‑driven design, Cloud‑native deployment, Incremental delivery of business capability, Human‑owned domain intelligence, rules, policies and decision frameworks, AI‑assisted requirements, story and test scenario generation under appropriate governance. This enables banks to progressively modernise their platforms without large‑scale core replacement, while allowing product teams to focus more strongly on business outcomes, explainable decisions and reusable domain knowledge.
