Job summary

Success Booster is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. You will document alignment with KPIs, assist with backlog refinement and sprint planning, support testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage, and help prepare stakeholder-ready materials.

Ideal candidate has 6–8 years of BA/consulting or technology experience, strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills,

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of business analysis, consulting, or technology experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices.
• Comfortable presenting to business and technology leaders.
• Exposure to asset management, financial services, or capital markets preferred.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
