Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the Financial Services domain to work on enterprise software development and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support banking, fintech, payments, lending, and financial operations projects.

You will gather, analyze, and document requirements, create BRDs/FRDs/User Stories, and work in an Agile environment

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in IT Services or Software Product Development.
• Experience on Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, Lending, Capital Markets, or Insurance projects.
• Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering, User Story Creation, and Process Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers in Agile environments.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development teams.
• Analyze financial business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release activities.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process optimization.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and multiple stakeholders.
