Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.

Process Analysis & Improvement

• Analyze current business processes and recommend enhancements.
• Document business workflows, process maps, and operational procedures.
• Identify business risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Support business process transformation and digitalization initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with business users, product owners, technology teams, and senior management.
• Facilitate discussions to achieve consensus on requirements and solutions.
• Present business cases, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project delivery.

Solution Delivery Support

• Collaborate with Solution Designers, System Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Assist in defining MVPs and prioritizing business requirements.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and expected outcomes.

Testing & Implementation

• Develop and review test scenarios, test cases, and business validation criteria.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate delivered solutions against agreed requirements.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business data and trends to support decision-making.
• Define reporting requirements and key business metrics.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
