Job summary

Ares Management in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Senior Business Analyst to elicit and document requirements, align them to business outcomes and KPIs, and support agile delivery across client platforms. You will create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, assist backlog refinement and sprint planning, and coordinate testing and UAT to ensure quality releases.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 6-8 years of business analysis, consulting, or technology experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices.
• Comfortable presenting to business and technology leaders
• Exposure to asset management, financial services, or capital markets preferred
• Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
