As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to range of Payment projects. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and demonstrate strong payments domain knowledge and requirement elicitation skills.
You are accountable for shaping clear, end-to-end requirements, collaborating deeply with technology and various business stakeholders, and ensuring change is safe, resilient, and aligned to the Payments operating model. BAs translate complex payment flows, regulatory obligations, scheme rules, customer needs, and technical constraints into actionable user stories, process designs, and acceptance criteria that enable high-quality delivery.
Aligned to a Service Line and embedded in squads, BAs ensure the work is defined, understood, testable, supportable, and traceable — from inception through to release and operational readiness.
