  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow management, operational efficiency, and platform adoption across the bank.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups, while facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, scope, and expectations.
What will you bring?
  • Must have 5+years of relevant experience and the ability to communicate effectively through strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with Product Owners, Engineer, Architects, Systems Analyst, Business stakeholders, or Technical Analyst within an Agile delivery environment.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions across business and technology teams.
  • Experience supporting production platforms, including incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
  • Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines when making recommendations.
