Job summary

Cloudxtreme in India is seeking a senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to drive process transformation and enhance user experience across global teams. You will partner with programme and project managers to ensure timely delivery, define scope, map processes, and prepare business cases, while mentoring a diverse team and fostering an inclusive culture.

The role requires 8–10 years of BA experience, ability to collaborate across cultures, and skill in stakeholder management and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology required.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Project Management

• Work with Programme and Project Managers to deliver activities in a timely fashion, ensuring optimal quality and a focus on user experience.
• Collaborate cross-geography and cross-culture to develop relationships with practitioners to ensure diverse contributions to solutions.
• Define scope and distil large amounts of information into high-level, understandable concepts and business language.
• Utilize process mapping, requirements elicitation techniques, and Business Case writing to drive project success.

Team Leadership and Development

• Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Act as a role model and leader for other members of the team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Stakeholder Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent experience in a role centered around process transformation or improving user experience.
