Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Telecom Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements from telecom stakeholders, translate them into user stories and functional specs, and work with product, tech, and QA teams in an Agile delivery environment.

You will support testing, UAT, and production rollout, perform data analysis to derive insights for customer experience and operations, and ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Strong telecom domain knowledge in OSS/BSS (billing, CRM, order management, provisioning).
• Experience in gathering requirements and creating BRD/FRD, user stories, and UAT support.
• Hands-on with SQL, data analysis, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of APIs and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Must-Have**
