Job summary

Vrinda International in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8–12+ years of Broadband/ISP experience to drive business requirements, process transformation, stakeholder alignment and digital initiatives.

Work Mode: Work From Office. The role requires strong domain knowledge in FTTH/FTTx, OSS/BSS, and responsibilities spanning BRDs, FRSs, user stories, process mapping, UAT and KPI definition. This is a senior position within our IT talent ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong Broadband/ISP domain knowledge.
• Experience with FTTH/FTTx networks and related OSS/BSS.
• Knowledge of IP addressing, DNAs and network provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage business & functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRSs, User Stories, Process Flows and Use Cases.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement reviews.
• Define current-state and future-state processes.
• Lead UAT, defect tracking and business sign-offs.
• Define KPIs, SLAs and business success metrics.
• Support governance, RAID management and change requests.

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with mandatory Broadband/ISP domain experience to drive business requirements, process transformation, stakeholder alignment and digital initiatives.

Mandatory: Prior experience with Broadband Service Providers, ISPs, Fiber Network Operators, Broadband Operations, Service Assurance, OSS or Customer Operations.
