Job summary

SynapseIndia in Noida invites a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years in customer-facing roles to partner with BD during client meetings, discovery, and solution discussions. You will gather objectives, map processes, write BRD/FRD, and translate business needs into scalable tech solutions across Web, Mobile, SaaS, and cloud platforms.

• Lead requirement gathering and BRD/FRD preparation.

• Identify AI opportunities and craft techno-functional recommendations.
• Contribute to PoCs, MVPs, and knowledge transfer from Presales to Delivery.

What is the work?

• Partner with Business Development during client meetings, discovery workshops, and solution discussions.
• Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and operational processes.
• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable and commercially viable technology solutions.
• Recommend suitable technology solutions based on business value, scalability, security, and implementation feasibility.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to design solutions for Web & Mobile Applications, Enterprise Software & SaaS Platforms, Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, Workflow Automation, and AI-enabled Applications.
• Support High-Level Solution Design.
• Support Functional Solution Documentation.
• Support Business Process Flows.
• Support Technology Recommendations.
• Support Client Presentations.
• Support SOWs, RFP/RFI Responses & Technical Proposals.
• Support Project Estimation and Solution Planning.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technologies such as Generative AI, AI Agents & Agentic Workflows, LLMs & RAG, OCR & Intelligent Document Processing, and Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics.
• Evaluate AI solutions based on business value and implementation feasibility.
• Support project estimation and planning.
• Participate in PoCs and MVP planning.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer from Presales to Delivery.
• Provide business and functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing consulting role.
• Experience working with international clients across the US, UK, Europe, or Australia.
• Experience in proposal preparation, solution consulting, and AI-enabled business solutions is highly desirable.
