Job summary

MSafe Group is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing industries. You will bridge business operations and technology by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting ERP/SAP initiatives to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities include documenting BRD/FRD, mapping processes, creating dashboards and MIS, and coordinating with production, procurement, sales, finance, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, CS or related field.
• MBA or PGDM is preferred.
• BA certifications (ECBA/CCBA/CBAP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Study existing processes and suggest efficiency and cost-reduction improvements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, process diagrams, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Inventory, Quality, and Logistics.
• Participate in ERP/SAP implementation, testing, and UAT.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and MIS for decision making.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Provide user training and create SOPs and manuals.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in the Manufacturing, Metals, Piping, Iron & Steel, or Scaffolding industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business operations and technology by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, driving process improvements, and supporting ERP/SAP initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Study existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flow diagrams, and use cases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Inventory, Quality, and Logistics.
• Participate in ERP/SAP implementation, enhancement, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze production, inventory, procurement, and sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and MIS for management decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and recommend mitigation plans.
• Conduct user training and prepare process documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and business process automation.
• Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system functionalities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or PGDM is preferred.
• Certification in Business Analysis (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Mandatory experience in Manufacturing, Metals, Iron & Steel, Piping, Engineering, or Scaffolding industry.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Hands‑on experience in process mapping, business analysis, and requirement gathering.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP modules related to Procurement, Inventory, Production, Sales, and Finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Dashboards).
• SQL knowledge for data analysis is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar documentation tools.

• Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
