Indigrators in India is seeking a Business Analyst / Process Analyst to study current business processes and drive improvements across multiple departments. The role involves creating policies, SOPs, and detailed process documentation, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to capture requirements.

The candidate will contribute to ERP system enhancements and cross-functional process integration, with focus on delivering clear reports and dashboards to guide decisions.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
