Job summary

Ethics Infotech in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive requirements and optimize IT processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document BRDs/FRDs, and guide projects through SDLC, ensuring alignment with business goals. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to manage expectations and deliver value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Service/Product-based organizations.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Applications will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and solution assessments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA Teams, and Product Owners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.
• Define project scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT and ensure business requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and business analysis methodologies.
