Job summary

Prodapt in Chennai is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep Telecom Lead-to-Cash domain knowledge to drive digital transformation for enterprise B2B telecom customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise across the sales and order lifecycle with hands-on experience in Lead Management, CPQ, Contract Management, and AI-assisted analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business analysis across the Telecom Lead-to-Cash journey.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using traditional and AI-assisted analysis techniques.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Development teams to deliver scalable telecom BSS solutions.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and production deployments.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Telecom Lead-to-Cash (L2C) domain to drive digital transformation initiatives for enterprise B2B telecom customers. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge across the complete telecom sales and order lifecycle and be capable of leveraging AI-assisted business analysis to improve requirement gathering, process optimization, and solution design.

Responsibilities

Need Telecom BSS/OSS Solutiondesign with telecom domain experience.

• Should have solid understanding of different BSS/OSS applications that support Lead to Cash journey
• Should have conducted workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders, presenting differentsolutionoptions toarchitects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business analysis across the Telecom Lead-to-Cash (L2C) journey.
• Knowledge on CRM/CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management (OM), Service Order Management, Inventory Management, Microservices basedArchitecture, RPA, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Billing, and Invoicing for B2C / B2B business is needed.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using traditional and AI-assisted analysis techniques.
• Able to understand and translate business requirements, and working with product / technical and operations teams to help design and build new Products and Services
• Able to conduct workshops and design thinking sessions, to understand IT Process / Technology /Architecture and existing OSS/BSS implementations.
• Able to deliver intelligent business insights through translation of reports and analytics.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Development teams to deliver scalable telecom BSS solutions.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and production deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience of around 10-12 years as Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills and Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
