Job summary

TVS Next is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. You will analyze complex processes, translate business needs into clear functional requirements, and drive process improvements across supply chain and logistics domains.

You will document BRDs/FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria, while collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and process mapping.
• Experience with AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and process improvement.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions.
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze requirements related to supply chain, logistics, and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with business, supply chain, logistics, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define data requirements, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting needs.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, and validation activities.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating business needs into clear functional requirements.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis, identify business gaps, pain points, and process improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Business Rules, Acceptance Criteria, and RTMs.
• Analyze business requirements related to medicine demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, and allocation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, logistics teams, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define business data requirements, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, requirement validation, and implementation activities.

What We Seek In You

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, and Stakeholder Management.
• Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Mapping.
• Strong understanding of AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis and business process improvement.
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Good understanding of data, system integrations, APIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical/development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Distribution domains.
• Exposure to GPS, IoT, Real-Time Tracking, and Delivery Management systems.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process/documentation tools.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, databases, and dashboards is an added advantage.
• Preferred Engineering background
