Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in management consulting, executive search, or research roles.
• Hands-on industrial sector research experience is mandatory.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to independently lead and execute assignments with minimal supervision.
• Intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and qualitative reasoning skills.
• High determination and drive, paired with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams.
