Job summary

Joseph Engineering Services is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler to lead complex modeling tasks, ensure quality, and mentor junior staff. You will implement modeling standards and deliver outputs that meet project requirements and industry benchmarks.

You will develop advanced BIM models using Revit, Dynamo, and Grasshopper, enforce ISO 19650 standards, and coordinate with project teams to align models with objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit or similar tools.
• Advanced parametric modeling and family creation skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 or national BIM standards.

• Guide junior staff in their modeling tasks and professional development.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by providing clear direction and constructive feedback.

4. Innovative Problem Solving

• Utilize advanced tools like Dynamo or Grasshopper to automate and optimize modeling workflows.

Qualifications and Skills Expected

Educational Background
