Overview

Senior BIM Modeler-Mechanical is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, reporting to the BIM Team Lead. The role involves leadership in managing complex modeling tasks, ensuring quality control, mentoring junior staff, and implementing modeling standards to deliver outputs that align with project requirements and industry benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Advanced BIM Model Development: Lead and manage advanced modeling tasks using industry-standard software; implement modeling standards (e.g., ISO 19650 or applicable national BIM mandates); create complex parametric models and families tailored to project needs.
• Quality Control: Oversee accuracy, consistency, and compliance of deliverables; conduct regular reviews to maintain high standards in modeling workflows.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Guide junior staff in modeling tasks and professional development; foster a collaborative team environment with clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Innovative Problem Solving: Utilize advanced tools (e.g., Dynamo or Grasshopper) to automate and optimize modeling workflows; provide solutions to complex modeling challenges within deadlines.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align models with project objectives; communicate technical insights to diverse audiences.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical engineering or related field.

Technical Proficiency
