Job summary

Hi Tech Supports Hangers in Pune is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Engineer to lead BIM activities, build and manage the team, and monitor manpower and project progress. You will oversee BIM deliverables, coordinate models and drawings with project requirements, and support timely, high-quality project execution.

The role requires 5-10 years of BIM experience, hands-on leadership of a BIM team, strong planning, coordination, and communication skills, and the ability to drive multiple projects

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of BIM experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating a BIM team and tracking project deliverables.
• Strong manpower planning, task allocation, and progress-tracking skills.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination, drawing management, and project workflows.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BIM team, assign work, and monitor team performance.
• Plan and track manpower deployment across projects and workloads.
• Track project progress, deliverables, timelines, and pending tasks; share regular updates with management.
• Develop and review BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate BIM work with project, design, engineering, and site teams.
• Monitor drawing and model revisions and ensure teams work from current project information.
• Identify coordination issues and clashes, and follow up with relevant teams on resolution.
• Support the preparation and timely delivery of coordinated models, shop drawings, schedules, and other BIM documents.
• Guide team members on BIM standards, modelling practices, and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks or resource constraints and escalated them in a timely manner.
