Job summary

Sanrachna is seeking a BIM Architect to oversee architectural BIM workflows, coordinating with structural, MEP, and other disciplines on large-scale projects.

You will develop BIM strategies, maintain 3D models in Revit, perform clash detection, and enforce BIM standards (ISO 19650, LOD). Mentoring junior staff and leveraging Dynamo and BIM 360 will be key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in BIM-based architectural design and coordination.
• Strong command over Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related software tools.
• In-depth understanding of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and construction documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate efficiently with stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish, enforce, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and guidelines based on industry best practices (ISO 19650, LOD).
• Guide and train junior architects and BIM technicians to enhance proficiency in BIM tools and workflows.
• Implement advanced BIM technologies like parametric design, automation (Dynamo, Grasshopper), and cloud-based collaboration tools (BIM 360).
