Job summary

India Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a senior BIM modeller to develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit. You will coordinate across disciplines and ensure model accuracy to meet project BIM execution plans.

The role requires mentoring junior modellers, review of deliverables, and timely delivery of models aligned with complex commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM modelling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and LOD requirements.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
