Job summary

Mata Amritanandamayi Mandir Trust's MAMAT Heritage & Cultural Theme Park in Tamil Nadu invites a Senior BIM Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead BIM coordination for a monumental project near Chennai.

You will coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and stone models, establish BIM standards, support shop drawings and generate quantities. This on-site leadership role contributes to a landmark project blending culture and heritage.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch with strong BIM expertise.
• 10+ years of architectural BIM experience.
• Experience with complex heritage or monumental buildings preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary models and generate fabrication information.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination for architectural, structural, MEP and stone models.

SENIOR BIM ARCHITECT

Experience: 10+ years

Role Purpose

Lead the BIM-based architectural coordination and digital information

environment for the monument.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural BIM model.


• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and stone models.


• Establish BIM standards and protocols.


• Coordinate clash detection.


• Support shop drawings and fabrication information.
