Job summary

MAMAT Heritage & Cultural Theme Park, under Mata Amritanandamayi Mandir Trust, seeks a Senior Manager - Contracts & QSD to lead procurement, tendering and contract administration for a landmark monument project in Mahabalipuram.

Ideal candidate will have 15–20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, EPC contracts, and multidisciplinary coordination with planning and technical teams.

Qualifications

• M Tech/BE Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage procurement packages.
• Lead tendering and contractor selection.
• Prepare commercial evaluations.
• Manage contracts from award through completion.
• Issue work orders, verify bills and certify them.
• Administer variations, claims and extensions of time.
• Establish procurement schedules for long-lead items.
• Coordinate quarry, CNC, construction and specialist contracts.
• Monitor commitments, expenditure and cash flow.
• Coordinate with planning and technical teams.

Role Description

MANAGER – CONTRACTS & QSD

Experience: 15–20+ years

Location: Mahabalipuram

Role Purpose

Lead all contractual, procurement and QSD activities required for timely and cost-effective delivery of the monument.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage procurement packages.
• Lead tendering and contractor selection.
