Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Architect with strong expertise in BIM modeling, architectural coordination, and project execution . The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and delivering high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models as per project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  
• Prepare accurate drawings, schedules, reports, and project documentation.
  
• Perform clash detection and identify design coordination issues.
  
• Ensure deliverables meet client specifications and project quality standards.
  

Coordination & Project Management

• Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams.
  
• Analyze client requirements and project inputs.
  
• Communicate with clients regarding BIM requirements, design issues, and project updates.
  
• Support project information management and document control.
  
• Guide and support junior BIM team members.
  
• Provide technical training and support.
