• Coordinate block numbering and digital traceability.
• Monitor production, rejection, rework and machine utilisation.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspection of CNC products.
• Manage CNC production team, operators and technicians.
• Coordinate stockyard and dispatch.
• Develop recovery plans when production falls behind schedule.

PROJECT MANAGER – CNC PRODUCTION

Experience: 12–18+ years

Location: Mahabalipuram

Role Purpose

Lead the planning, establishment and operation of the CNC stone production facility, ensuring that raw granite blocks are converted into accurately finished architectural, structural and sculptural components in line with the monument erection programme.
