Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in accordance with clinical policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals using solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Participate in mandatory training modules and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed on regulatory and legislative updates relevant to the role.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and collaborative initiatives.
• Demonstrate initiative by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical or counselling psychology
• 3+ years of experience in counselling or therapy
• Experience in telephone/video counselling
• Background in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
• Multilingual abilities
