UnitedHealth Group's Optum unit in Bengaluru seeks a graduate with hands-on customer service experience to join our team. You will engage with customers, handle inquiries, and support care and benefits processes, contributing to better health outcomes.

The role requires good communication, flexibility with shifts, and the ability to work in a team. You will learn our policies and collaborate to resolve routine issues and deliver quality service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Applies knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day
• Demonstrates a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function
• Requires little assistance with standard and non-standard requests
• Solves routine problems on own
• Works with supervisor to solve more complex problems
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
• Works with others as part of a team
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Must be Graduate
• Hands on experience into Customer service role
• Proven good communication skills
• Proven flexible with shifts

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience can apply (In case of work experience preferable from customer service background)
