Role Overview: As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling ITOrizon’s cloud-native PaaS. You will design and implement backend services that are highly performant, secure, resilient, and scalable, working closely with architects and frontend engineers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for the Low Code / No Code PaaS.
• Implement high-performance, secure, and resilient microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with architects, frontend engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize backend systems for scalability, distributed caching, and OLTP performance.
• Work with data transformation, ETL pipelines, and integration frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Deploy and manage backend services on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance backend systems for reliability and efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.
