Qualifications

• 5–9 years of Java backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 or newer.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot 2 and Spring Framework.
• Experience building microservices architectures.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and Java web services.
• Hands-on with JPA/ORM and relational databases.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ messaging.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring technologies.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and Microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and secure application components.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop database-driven applications using relational databases and ORM frameworks.
• Implement data persistence solutions using JPA and associated technologies.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and services.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 9 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 2 and Spring Framework.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and Java-based web services.
• Hands-on expertise with JPA and ORM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Experience writing optimized SQL queries and designing database solutions.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience using Git and modern version control systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
