Accountabilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and scale reliable backend APIs to support business and product requirements.
• Build and manage integrations with third‑party APIs and external services.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in backend engineering, systems development, or a related technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development, including designing and maintaining scalable services and APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with MongoDB or comparable NoSQL database technologies.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services, backend infrastructure management, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to build, deploy, and maintain backend systems, with experience developing systems from scratch considered a strong advantage.
• Experience integrating third‑party APIs and designing systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and analytics frameworks.
• Frontend development knowledge is an advantage, particularly for collaborating across the full technology stack.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to connect business requirements to technical solutions.
