Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our Knowledge Management team in India. The role focuses on updating SOPs, job aids, and process flows tailored for customer support professionals.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure high-quality end-user documentation, following KM style guides. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and a technical writing certification.

• Follow established technical writing style/standards to consistently produce clear, coherent, and standardized documentation that improves user engagement.
• Meticulously edit content to ensure technical accuracy and grammatical correctness, to ensure clarity and professionalism in all documentation.
• Accurately publish updates in SharePoint as per defined service level agreement to meet the performance standards.
• Understand client requirements and propose solutions to meet requirements.
• Suggest best practices and optimizations to create streamlined processes.
• Work collaboratively with SMEs, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to produce quality user documentation.

Your Role

• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science/English/Mass Communication or an equivalent degree)
• Technical Writing Certification
