Rightsline Inc. in Noida, India is seeking a recruiter to lead technical hiring for software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, QA, and other IT roles.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social networks and referrals; manage the full recruitment lifecycle; coordinate interviews; and provide timely feedback to stakeholders. You will maintain ATS data, stay current with industry trends, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams while ensuring ISO27001/SOC1/SOC2 compliance;

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, QA, and other IT roles.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
