Job summary

Jobtailor in Gurugram/India seeks an experienced BI and Reporting Lead to drive data-driven insights for global clients. You will own end-to-end reporting, build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and partner with stakeholders to translate metrics into decisions.

The role requires 6–8 years in analytics, strong BI tools, data governance, and the ability to automate workflows with Power Apps/Power Automate. Global exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in BI and reporting tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and Excel


• Ability to build clear, well-structured dashboards and reports independently


• Experience with SharePoint development or M365 integration, including intranet pages, list-based workflows, or embedded reports


• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy


• Business acumen to translate metrics into decisions


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines


• Track record of mentoring or guiding junior analysts


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant narratives for non-technical audiences


• Experience in a global company working across cultures is preferred


• Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite reporting is preferred


• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is preferred


• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred


• Experience using AI tools for data analysis or report generation is preferred


• Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL tools is preferred


• Experience with enterprise data warehouses or cloud platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS is preferred
