Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled data analytics professional in Gurugram to drive reporting, analysis, and automation for compensation programs. You will work with cross‑functional partners to define requirements, develop scalable reports, and implement VBA/AWS-based solutions.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely delivery, and strong collaboration across geographies, with opportunities to enhance Power BI dashboards and data lakes while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics and VBA automation.
• Strong knowledge with MS Excel, VBA and SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage and deliver timely results with competing deadlines.
• Collaborative, client-centric approach with personal accountability.
• Strong project management experience with intercontinental stakeholders.
• MS Access experience preferred.
• AWS DataLake knowledge preferred.
• Power Apps and Power BI knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation program administration and reporting.
• Process reports within defined SLAs and perform quality checks.
• Automate reports and processes and simplify or eliminate redundant activities.
• Handle ad hoc data requests and analysis from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of processes and reports.
• Manage and improve controls and validations.
• Identify data or process discrepancies and flag issues.
• Analyze and interpret business needs with business partners.
• Design infrastructure supporting new processes or programs.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders through clear, professional communication.
• Support multiple business programs through recurring and ad hoc reporting and in-depth analysis.
• Own and manage process improvement initiatives across programs and teams.
