Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Power Platform analyst to design and deliver AI-powered business solutions in Bengaluru. You will gather and refine business requirements, translate them into Power Apps, Automate flows, and AI copilots, and collaborate with IT teams to build scalable, secure solutions.

You will lead SIT/UAT and drive adoption of AI features and custom connectors. The role requires 7–12 years in business analysis or low-code automation, expert Power Platform knowledge, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 7–12 years of experience in business analysis, low-code solution development, or automation project delivery.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Power Pages).
• Direct experience with Agentic Solutions—designing AI-powered business assistants and conversational experiences.
• Strong understanding of SaaS integration and governance.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Advanced skills in Dataverse data modeling, AI Builder, integration, and custom connector development.
• Experience embedding Power Platform apps into Microsoft 365/Dynamics ecosystems.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and agent-based automation.

Responsibilities
