Job summary

You will work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies to optimise operational efficiency and support strategic objectives, reporting to the GCC Advisory team in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in D365 Finance and Operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of X++ development.
• Experience with extensions, forms, tables, classes and workflows.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, OData and Data Management Framework.
• Experience with SSRS reports, Electronic Reporting and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS and deployment processes.
• Basic understanding of finance, supply chain, procurement or inventory modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and implement D365 F&O solutions.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of CRM/D365.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an advisory capacity.
