Job Summary- We are seeking a senior-levelDynamics 365 CE Technical Leadpossessing6–10 yearsof expertise to spearhead the implementation ofDynamics 365 Salesand Power Platform ecosystems. This hybrid position requires a strategic balance of high-level architecture, hands-on engineering, and proactive team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive technical design governance, execute robust system implementations, and act as a senior mentor, resolving critical technical blockers and providing expert direction to the development team.

**Responsibilities:**

Architecture & Technical Design

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of D365 Sales solutions, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Actively participate in architectural design discussions, translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce development standards, design governance, and solution validation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration designs, and deployment standards.
• Advise customers and stakeholders on industry best practices in a proactive and strategic manner.

Hands-on Development & Azure Integration

• Own end-to-end delivery of modules in Dynamics 365 CRM
• Design and build enterprise integrationsutilizing the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, with heavy emphasis onAzure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure API Managementto connect D365 with third-party tools
• Develop and extend custom plugins, Custom APIs, workflows, and extensions using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dynamics 365 SDK, and Power Platform technologies.
• Design and customize Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
• Take ownership ofCI/CD pipelines(e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to ensure smooth, automated, and reliable software deployment.

Team Mentorship

• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers and technical consultants, providing technical directions
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical blockers and troubleshooting challenging integration or customization issues.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews to provide constructive feedback, enforce coding standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to perform gap analysis between business needs and D365 Sales out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to executive stakeholders, clearly articulating technical risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Support functional tasks when necessary, including requirement gathering (BRDs, FRDs), sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and data migration validation.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, estimation, planning, and delivery governance as requested.
