Technical Responsibilities
- Gather, assimilate, and analyse relevant data to help surface and support solutions.
- Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured, and compelling way.

- Participate in technical analysis and create specification documents.

- Effectively articulate both technical and design/implementation concepts as well as the potential solutions.
- Perform coding, implementation, unit testing, debugging, modification, documentation, and application maintenance.
- Understand and implement Microsoft best practices for designing and coding for D365 F&O.
- Good working knowledge of core X++ language; knowledge of ASP.NET / C# is a nice to have.
- 2–5 years of experience as a consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- At least 1–2 end-to-end implementations completed in D365 F&O technical.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O and several modules such as AP, AR, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Finance.
- Good to have hands‑on experience with Power Platform (Portals/Power Pages, Power Apps, Automate, Power BI), Azure integration, business events, XML conversion.
- Experience with system integrations with Dynamics 365 Online – tools, techniques, and best practices. Knowledge of Logic Apps and Azure Functions is an advantage.
- Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model, including customisations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles (Waterfall/Agile), development management, release management, data migrations, cut‑over planning and hyper‑care support.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD implementation, Azure component deployment through DevOps pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience 2–5 years.
- Educational background: MCA/B.Sc/MBA/B.E/B.Tech/BCA/M.S.
- Certifications: MB-300, MB-500.
